VA researchers seek to discover new understandings of the human brain and treatments for brain disorders and to improve overall brain health. This knowledge will help to treat brain disorders specific to Veterans so as to reduce impact on individuals, families, and society.

We at the nonprofit support the efforts of the Truman VA Hospital to respond to the COVID19 pandemic for Veterans. Part of that response was curtailing research activities which severely restricted our available funds that form the backbone of our mission.
